Val and I prayed hard and trusted that God would provide....well it was a friday night and we mailed the check that morining still trusting GOd and that evening we went out to see a play with some of the youth from our church and while we were waiting to leave one of the girls came up to us and gave us each a letter and money for our trip and said this is what GOd wanted her to do........ I read the letter and was so amazed at how amazing My GOd is.......inside was exactly 45 dollars each..... God provided exactly what we needed exactly when we needed it!!!!!!
God is moving and working in our lives every day and i am so thankful and humbled that he chooses to bless us the way he does!!!!!

I forgot i wanted to share a verse that has been on my heart for this trip...one that i am praying. I ask you guys to pray this as well...
Psalm 52:9 "I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints."
I want to have faith believing that our Great God has already done the work of getting us to Africa...He is already moving and doing mighty things in our lives...! He is and WILL make His glory known...i want to be a part of my Gods work and desire for all of you to be as well!
Thank you Lord letting us be apart of what Your doing...!

God opportunities...!!!
I am glad God presents so many opportunites to share about His mission...! I work at a day care and told my boss and some co-workers about our trip...they were very interested and excited when they heard I was going to Zambia, Africa! They asked me lots of questions about all that goes on over there. I was able to share how God is working and what we will be doing... It was so awesome and i know this has opened the door to share more about Gods love and glory...thank the Lord for these times to show who He is and what He is doing aross the world...!!
for Him,

Another step in the Journey!
Each step of the journey is exciting and shows us how BIG our God is! Val and Robin applied for their Visa's Sunday, June 1. I had forgotten all the paperwork involved in getting a Visa, nevertheless, they were mailed off June 2 and we are awaiting the return! One step closer!!!
This journey is definitely one of faith. After arriving home from Peru yesterday, it is difficult to switch gears of one mission to another and I am completely overwhelmed that God allows me to be a part of His mission for the world! Someone asked me today if I loved Peru more than Zambia and I had to reply with..."I love the entire world!" I am humbled that I have been given such great opportunity to see the ends of the earth with my eyes. I was telling another friend that it is overwhelming to see the bigger picture for my life, and at the same time I want all my family and friends to experience the Bigger Picture that God has for their lives too. May we never settle for status quot...may we all strive to have ALL that He has for our lives! I don't want to miss out, do you?
I am thankful for this opportunity to go and serve in Zambia! And to think I get to go with my friends and sisters in Christ! How awesome is that!
Please pray for a quick return of Passports with Visas!!!!
Serving Him,
